• You must not have completed more than 20% of the course
• Courses bought at discounted rates or during a sale may not be eligible for refunds

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Downloadable materials, certificates, or bundled offers are non-refundable
• If the course was accessed fully or downloaded, refund will be denied
